Hi Everyone! I recently earned my Administrator Certification and have been in search of my first full-time role. I have prior experience as a Sales Consultant and decided to make a complete career change last year. The search has not been easy without prior Salesforce experience, but I am hopeful thanks to those I have connected with in the Salesforce ecosystem. @Rachel Hay That is great to hear! It is definitely difficult when first starting out. I would recommend getting as much experience and or as many certifications as you can. Experience trumps education 10x times, but Certifications are very important in the Salesforce ecosystem. The certifications show that you have a basic knowledge of the cloud and look really good on Linkedin/your resume. What would you say your strength is in Salesforce?
